MyBestBB gathering mods and plugins 1.16

MyBestBB 1.16 is out only 2 days after the 1.2.13 punbb release.
changes are limited to the 1.2.13 security update and minor changes; here is the changelog :

1.18 is out, 1.19 ( soon ) will include Topic Rating and much more themes

MyBestBB is now 1.25beta 4 including many new features and punbb 1.2.20 updates.
1.25 bring all the punbb 1.2.* updates and important new mods like Private Messaging and attachments.
