i forgot to write how to separate languages. with two commas: ,,
example:
татарча,,по-русски,,english
i wrote that affects db. but if several forum names and cat. names put together are smaller than 80 characters you can do not change db.

i forgot to make a page title in viewforum.php or viewtopic.php and
this things are needed, i have made them now:
changeable board title and description.
it is made same way, in header.php in // START SUBST - <pun_title> and // START SUBST - <pun_desc>
sections.
and this first release should be called v0.5 ? but let it is v1. not very bad.
